'Young people in Botswana have few platforms where they can share their ideas and thoughts, experiences, concerns, skills and talent... Both individually and collectively, PIV gives us a chance to use culture for development and empowerment.

Through PIV, I hope to establish a network for artists, which will enable us to share works, ideas, skills and experiences for the development of performing arts. As a mentor, I'll help participants and young people to achieve an informed artistic approach in their show cases, and finding depth in addressing any topical issue'. Mpho Rabotsima
